What’s one more thing Lansing has that other areas don’t? Give Camp.
March 26 through March 28, 75 to 100 software developers, designers, web administrators and other technology professionals will volunteer their time to assist 14 area non-profits with tech needs.
Not only are area techies donating time and thousands of dollars in services to Give Camp, they’re also providing services that non-profits cannot afford to pay for streamlining their processes and also giving them a better web and social media presence.
Give Camp started in 2008 and has 15 events throughout the country. This is the second time Lansing will benefit from Give Camp, boosting the Capital region above California and many other states that are still in the planning stages for Give Camp.
The Lansing Give Camp will be held at Impression 5 Science Center.
