Becky Beauchine Kulka began her jewelry career in appraisals before becoming a Gemological Institute of America-certified and owner of Okemos’
Becky Beauchine Kulka Diamonds and Fine Jewelry. Kulka is also a current job creator, as she will soon grow her staff of 11 to 13.
“We’re doing well,” says customer care specialist Kelsey Kelly. “We’re definitely very happy and proud of it.”
Becky Beauchine Kulka has been in business for nearly 25 years and has been located on Corner of Jolly and Okemos Road for 11 years. Kelly attributes the jeweler’s success to their recent focus on reaching fine jewelry shoppers in every budget range.
“We’re started to branch out and get more contemporary things,” says Kelly. “We’re trying to cater to everyone, so you can get anything from a $50 pair of earrings to a $30,000 pair of earrings.”
The store is currently in the hiring process to fill the newly added positions.
