Lakeland welcomes three physicians

Michael Kolinski, DO, Jeffrey T. Postma, DO, and Aileen Jo Vitangcol, MD,  Pediatrician, are the latest to join the staff of Lakeland HealthCare.
 
Dr. Kolinski is seeing patients at Southern Michigan Pain Consultants with offices located in Marshall, Portage, and St. Joseph. Dr. Kolinski earned his degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University, where he went on to complete his residency in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. He received additional training in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine. Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Kolinski served in the United States Navy for four years. He is currently a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Osteopathic Association, Michigan Osteopathic Association, and the Southwest Michigan Osteopathic Association.
 
Dr. Postma is accepting new patients at Community Bone and Joint, 460 Medical Park Drive in Watervliet. (The practice will move in mid-August to Paw Paw Lake Medical Center, 6559 Paw Paw Avenue in Coloma.) Dr. Postma earned his Doctoral degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete his Orthopedic Surgery residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Flint, Michigan. He is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery and has over 16 years of experience. Prior to coming to Lakeland, Dr. Postma worked as the Chief of Surgery at South Haven Health System for six years.
 
Aileen Jo Vitangcol is accepting new patients at Southwestern Medical Clinic located at 2002 S. 11th Street in Niles. Dr. Vitangcol earned her medical degree from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California. She completed her pediatric residency at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital where she treated patients with a broad range of acute and chronic diseases in an outpatient setting. Prior to joining Southwestern Medical Clinic, Dr. Vitangcol worked as a Pediatric Hospitalist at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System in Ann Arbor where she provided high-risk newborn care and managed patients in the Special Care Nursery, Newborn Nursery, and the inpatient pediatric unit. Originally from Berrien Springs, Dr. Vitangcol returned to the Midwest to live closer to family.
