The Blueberry Ridge ski trails near Marquette are bound to become even more popular with the addition of a new warming hut.
The Superiorland Ski Club and the Lake Superior Community Partnership came together to celebrate a grand opening in late January for the warming hut at the ski area, located on County Road 553 in Sands Township.
The hut was created through a public-private partnership, between the Superiorland Ski Club, Sands Township, and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.
