Looking for a new place to try a handcrafted brew? Head on over to the Ore Dock Brewing Company in Marquette, located at 114 West Spring Street.
The brewery, owned by Wes and Andrea Pernsteiner and Corey Stiles, is fully operational now with a great lineup of brews for the beer connoisseur to try.
The brewery's operations are overseen by brewmaster Nick VanCourt, who has an impressive resume, including learning his craft overseas. The bar operations are being run by Anjila Holland, who previously was at the Wild Rover in Marquette.
"We don't even consider ourselves competing with the other breweries in town," says Holland. "We offer up beers that are complimentary to what they are making, not competing with them."
