Forensic Fluids hires Heidi Toornman

Heidi Toornman is the new customer service and inside sales team lead for Forensic Fluids Laboratories.
She will be responsible for customer relations, business development, team leadership and customer training for the company.
Toornman has more than 15 years experience in sales management.
She formerly worked with Creekside Business Center in Portage where she improved occupancy rate, tenant retentions, and client relationships. She also has previously worked in sales management in transportation and waste management industries.
Toornman earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Grand Valley State.
“I’m excited to join the Forensic Fluids team and apply my skills to strengthen customer relationships while demonstrating the value of oral fluids drug testing,” Toornman says.
