Excerpt: An announcement in Monday’s Midland Daily News that The Dow Chemical Co. will again sponsor the Great Lakes Bay Regional Science and Engineering Festival at Delta College was good news for students, their parents, area businesses and more.
The first festival last fall brought thousands of people to Delta to learn more about STEM — science, technology, engineering and mathematics — and to do so in a fun, yet educational manner.
