Great Lakes Boat Building School welcomes Wisconsin marina to marine dealer education network

What's happening: A third member, Lakeside Marina, has joined the Marine Dealer Education Network (MDEN), which provides financial support to the Great Lakes Boat Building School, as well as sponsorship and career development opportunities for students. Lakeside Marina is located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and is renowned as one of Wisconsin's premier boat dealerships and service centers.

Collaboration: In return for financial and other support, GLBBS helps employers create a pipeline to attract talented workers. An MDEN membership builds a mutually beneficial relationship between the school and the company, strengthening both and bringing great benefits to the students.

With the Marine Dealer Education Network membership, Lakeside Marina will have access to a variety of benefits from GLBBS. These incentives include visiting the Cedarville campus and presenting to students, having virtual opportunities to share specialized projects with the school, partnering with GLBBS to host a Marine Dealer Showcase event, and a nomination for a seat on the Program Advisory Board, which steers the educational offerings of the school, plus more.
