Going green is going to be coming to Plymouth in a big way when
the Green Street Fair sets up in
early May.The fair will help spread the word about
the benefits of green, organic and eco-friendly products and services. It will
be held in downtown on May 3 and May 4 and is expected to draw up to 100,000
people.
The event will combine businesses, artisans
and entertainers to promote the idea of becoming more environmentally friendly
through everyday activities and purchases. Among the major institutions
participating in the event are Whole
Foods, Lawrence Technological University
and Great Lakes Renewal Energy Association.
