Holt is about to be the home of 24 new upscale apartments. Lansing’s
DTN Management is currently building three new eight-unit apartment buildings in the Aspen Lakes development on Lone Pine Road in Holt. DTN has been building residential buildings at Aspen Lakes for eight years, growing along with demand.
“We’ve got thirty apartment buildings and eight condo buildings that are a part of Aspen Lakes,” says DTN’s Allen Russell. “It’s the nicest place to live there.”
The new buildings will include 1,800 square foot apartments, with three bedrooms, attached garages and cathedral ceilings. Russell expects the first building to be complete in upcoming weeks, the second in March and the third approximately six weeks later.
“From day one we’ve only built additional units when we felt the market was able to absorb them,” says Russell. “We were at about 98 percent occupancy when we decided to build.”
According to Russell, residents are ready to move into the new units upon completion of the $2 million project.
