Changes in the Faces of Capital Gains

With a new year comes change, both exciting and sad. First off, I want to wish Capital Gains’ long-time editor-in-chief, Brad Garmon, all the best in his new endeavors.

One of the remaining people from the founding editorial team, Garmon has played an integral role in making the pages of Capital Gains uniform, energized, accurate and interesting. We are sad to see him move forward, but know that he’ll be imparting his wisdom on a new crop of lucky folk. He will remain a contributor so thankfully, you’ll still see his name in our publication! We wish you the best of luck, Brad.

On a happy note, I am excited to officially introduce Natalie Burg, Capital Gains’ news editor. Burg is no newbie to the world of journalism. She has written for the Lansing State Journal, The former Ann Arbor News, The State News, The Ann Arbor Observer, The Hillsdale Daily News and Concentrate ...  to name a few!

With an MPA and experience in downtown development and revitalization, Burg combines this knowledge with her background in journalism to bring a fresh and unique perspective to our publication. Find out more about her here, and please be sure to let her know of any news tips here.

As always, thanks for reading Capital Gains!

Stay warm this winter and feel free to contact me here anytime.
