Bruce Buursma is a writer, editor and video producer who launched his career as a decorated journalist. He was named a Pulitzer Prize finalist for specialized reporting during his tenure at the Chicago Tribune. Since 2009, he’s operated Bruce Buursma Communications to help non-profit and corporate clients tell their stories with clarity and conviction. A Calvin alumnus, he’s known in Grand Haven as the unimpeachable “mayor of the boardwalk.”
