Rolar Products expands operations in Muskegon County

Rolar Products Inc. is growing its footprint in Muskegon County with a new 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Egelston Township.

The new location is triple the size of its previous location and is a result of the company’s 200% growth in the last two years. The facility is equipped with the latest machining technology, including multi-axis, Swiss-style machines to help create high-volume, tight-tolerance parts for the medical and aerospace industries and all industrial gear.

Rolar Products also has implemented an integrated software solution, Datanomix, to capture all machine data and productivity, allowing for real-time monitoring and production process analysis to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

The expansion will not only increase production capacity, but it will also allow Rolar Products to diversify its product offerings and better serve customers. The company also will add 15 jobs, boosting the local economy.

“We are thrilled to be able to expand our operations and provide even more high-quality products and services to our customers,” says Rolar President Jack Russell. “The new facility, state-of-the-art equipment, and integrated software solution will enable us to take on even more challenging and complex projects, and we are also excited to be able to create new jobs for the community.”
