Folks in need of quality auto parts in Kalkaska won't have to travel very far anymore thanks to a new
Advance Auto Parts location that opened there Oct. 17.
The new location, which is at 403 West Mile Road, was chosen because of its convenient availability to customers. In addition, Advanced Auto Parts wanted to be close to the garages that service the area's residents.
Bill Deyo is the new General Manager and works with nine other team members at the new Kalkaska location. A 14-year veteran of the automotive and retail sales industries, Deyo has been with the Advance Auto Parts team for nine years. He is ASE-certified, having passed stringent testing of his automotive knowledge by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence.

The Kalkaska location will offer all of the benefits that Advanced Auto Parts has come to be known for: wide-range of parts from national brands, free services (such as free windshield wiper installation and complimentary checks of vehicle electrical systems and old batteries) as well as fast delivery to commercial customers. Customers also can drop off used motor oil and batteries for recycling – ensuring that these materials don’t end up in landfills where they could harm the environment.
The store is open Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
