Four new promotions were announced at Baker College in Cadillac.
The new chief academic officer at
Baker College of Cadillac will be Randy J. Hill. He has been serving as the interim CAO for the past year and will continue to lead and oversee academic and support services. Hill has been with Baker since 2008 and previously has been dean of health sciences.
Katelyn Richard was promoted to director of career services. She will oversee the career services department, including employment assistance and career capstone placement. Richard will continue to teach a course in professional career strategies as well. She previously was coordinator of career services.
Cheri Sprik is the new assistant director of admissions. In her new role, she will assist with daily operations of the admissions department. She previously was admissions advisor and has been with Baker College for 17 years.
Rebecca Voelker was promoted to dean of health sciences and human services, and will work with directors in those departments to manage programs, develop new programs, and coordinate with other Baker College deans. She has been at Baker for 10 years and previously was the medical assistant program director.
