It's something of a tradition nowadays for the
Best Western Four Seasons in Traverse City to accept a Best Western Chair Award--which is the hotel chain's highest honor for quality standards.
The hotel recently announced its sixth consecutive Chair Award, which is given to Best Western International hotels that score in the top five percent of the chain's 2,400 North American properties.
The Chair Award recipients are scored on cleanliness, maintenance, design, and customer service in order to qualify for the award.
Best Western Four Seasons general manager Russ Cole says the staff of the hotel demonstrates an ethos of "heroic hospitality" to guests, and is the reason the award has been given to the Traverse City hotel so many times.
"Receiving the Chair Award again from Best Western is a tremendous honor for our hotel," says Cole. "Our housekeeping, maintenance and guest services departments have worked hard to achieve this level of excellence."
The Best Western Four Seasons in Traverse City is located at 305 Munson Avenue and offers 50 deluxe rooms and round-the-clock service including hot breakfast, indoor heated pool and hot tub.
