Area realty offices and realtors made a good showing at a regional industry event recently, with
Century 21 Northland and
Century 21 Sleeping Bear Realty taking home several honors.
The Century 21 Northern Michigan Broker's Council holds an annual sales awards event, which was held this year in February in Houghton Lake.
Century 21 Northland was recognized as a Centurion office, won a Quality Service Award, and was the No. 1 office and No. 1 company in both sold units and commissions.
What's more, it's not the first time the office has been so honored.
"We are very excited to be awarded the No. 1 office and No. 1 company for a second consecutive year," says Jason Kudary, co-owner and broker. "It is absolutely amazing what this team has accomplished in the 5 short years since we opened."
Several Century 21 realtors also were recognized for their work. Connie Kroll and Lisa Rossi were awarded Quality Service Pinnacle Awards, while Andrea Galloup, Jason Kudary and Jim Totten received Quality Service Awards, all for good client service.
Sales awards also were numerous among the Northland and Sleeping Bear Realty realtors. Suzanne Voltz was recognized as the No. 1 agent in commissions, and reached Centurion Level status. At the Diamond Level were Bridget Carefoot and Andrea Galloup; at the Emerald Level were Amy Green and Ken Weaver, and at the Ruby Level was Cory Beuerle.
The Broker's Council handed out sales awards in addition to Mike Annelin, Connie Kroll, Lisa Rossi and Jim Totten, who earned Gold Sales Achievements. Silver Sales Achievements went to Jon Becker, Faye Fitch, Amy Freundl, Mike Gaines, Lynda Herkner, Kevin Molby, Burt Williams and Julie Williams.
Finally, Linda Zajac and Julia Lilley, working together as a team under the "Simply the Best" banner, were the No. 1 team in gross income and award units.
Between Century 21 Northland and Century 21 Sleeping Bear Realty, the offices cover residential and commercial property in the greater Traverse City area, as well as Benzie and Leelanau counties.
