Morse Moving’s Traverse City office takes first place for customer service

Morse Moving and Storage  announced recently that its Michigan offices, including its Traverse City location, have been awarded national recognition for customer service.

Morse is an agent of Allied Van Lines, which conducts an annual convention and awards competition for its hundreds of affiliates nationwide. Allied presented Morse with a first place "Customer for Life" award at this year's convention, to its Traverse City Office for its division.

Two other Michigan locations of Morse also took customer service awards for their divisions, in Romulus and Mount Pleasant. Divisions are based on amount of annual sales.

Allied Van Lines surveys customers of its agents on their experience with the company, and Morse Moving and Storage customers consistently gave the Traverse City location very high marks.

"We have always prided ourselves on the level of service we provide to our clients," says David Morse, president of Morse Moving & Storage. "So these awards, which are based on the feedback of our customers, are quite an honor. We go to great lengths to ensure our customers and their belongings are taken care of every step of the way during a move. Our goal is to ensure that every move – no matter if it is across the country or across town – is handled as efficiently, professionally and cost effectively as possible."

Morse Moving and Storage is headquartered in Romulus and has been around since 1954. It employs more than 150 people, including 26 Morse family members
