Oneupweb seeks change with recruitment and remodel

Oneupweb can't seem to stop growing--and they're not complaining about it one bit. Instead, the marketing agency's booming growth is being greeted with the decision to create a number of positions on their way of expanding both the staff and their Traverse City offices.

"Signing on new clients is great," says Lisa Wehr, the company CEO. "More work means we need more innovative minds to help execute projects. We're happy to be busy and we're excited to see new faces within our team."

Oneupweb's crew consists of search marketing experts, social media gurus, sales pros and design trendsetters. The Oneupweb crew all come together to create a progressive chic atmosphere, whether it's during a ping pong championship, Talk Like a Pirate Day or a boisterous company meeting.

"We're a fun bunch here," says Wehr. "Not only do we aim to hire the most elite brains, we also look for ambitious, energetic personalities."

It's Oneupweb's moxie that led them to their recent 2011 Silver Addy Award for their campaign reel--an innovative film about what they do--a perfect piece for job seekers to check out. Aside from award winning work, new employees will be wowed by Oneupweb's beloved game room, with Nintendo Wii, pinball, foosball and classic arcade novelties.

Oneupweb employees also have the pleasure of enjoying the Traverse City area's natural scenery, as every workstation is granted a view of the Grand Traverse Bay.

So, how is the Oneupweb global headquarters able to compete with New York City, Detroit, Chicago and L.A. agencies, while staying located in intimate Traverse? A futuristic renovation is underway--the digital marketers will have two new conference rooms stocked with the latest and greatest technology that will help them collaborate with clients.
