The new hires are Ashlea Walter as marketing manager, Mindy Jetter as VP and controller, and Amy Jackson, who will be part of the bank's residential mortgage department.

She brings 25 years of mortgage experience to her new role, and also is a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and the Traverse Area Association of Realtors.

The two staffers promoted at the bank are Jackie Stallman, who now will be credit manager, and Jeff Rademacher, who takes over the role of assistant VP for commercial lending.
