Erickson Jewelers has added a new staff member to their team in Iron Mountain.
Dawn Caruso will be working with the family-owned business full-time, as a sales professional and bench jeweler. Caruso is a graduate of Northern Michigan University in Marquette, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in art and design, with a concentration in jewelry and metals.
The store, located in the Kmart Plaza at 1820 S. Stephenson Avenue in Iron Mountain, is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. Caruso and other trained jewelry professionals are available for customer consultations on the store's wide range of engagement and wedding rings and bands, precious and semi-precious stones set in pendants, rings, bracelets and necklaces.
Erickson Jewelers is owned by a husband-and-wife team, who purchased the store in 2009 and employ two more staffers as well. The jewelry store holds Master Jeweler status from the Independent Jewelers Organization; in order to earn the status, Erickson Jewelers holds to the highest ethical and professional standards.
