Haylake Business Communications open for business in EUP

Those in the Eastern Upper Peninsula in need of quality writing for press releases, brochures, newsletters and more can now turn to the newly-opened Haylake Business Communications.

The company--owned by freelance writer Neil Moran, who often writes for U.P. Second Wave--offers up services for creating marketing materials for businesses large and small to help them see an increase in their bottom line by effectively communicating what they have to offer.

"My first exposure to writing came when I started writing press releases, brochures and newsletters for the United Way of Chippewa County and the Kinross Correctional Facility, where I worked for over 25 years," says Moran. "This interest in writing led to submissions to magazines, including a 30-year stint with Michigan Country Lines, and eventually my first published book, in 1995."

Moran says his company offers up content for websites, sales letters, newspaper- and magazine-quality articles, press releases, brochures, annual reports, flyers, handbooks, instructional materials, blogs, white papers, newsletters and even video presentations. In addition, Haylake Business Communications offers up grant writing services and editing and proofreading.

"I believe that what I write helps people in one way or another, by providing information, solutions to problems, or in selling a product or idea," Moran says.

A portfolio of Moran’s work, along with testimonials from previous clients, can be found at his website.
