Kristi Cleary, owner of Kristi's Hip-Hop in Sault Ste. Marie, is adding even more options to women's fitness in the Sault by taking over the
Curves franchise in town, which will remain in its current location.
"Taking on Curves just seemed like a great fit to what I like to do. Fitness is my passion, I love to teach & motivate. Curves is an addition to what I have been doing at my studio," she says.
The two studios she'll be overseeing now, however, offer different things that are right for different people, Cleary says.
"It depends on the person and what they are looking for," she says. At Curves, the traditional strength and fitness circuit training is available, as is a new blend of Zumba and Curves that will be starting Feb 12. At Kristi's, classes are on offer in cardio kickboxing, step aerobics, Pilates, yoga and Zumba.
Cleary, a fitness instructor herself, says everyone is welcome to stop in and check out both studios, whether that's on
Facebook or in person.
Curves is an international women's fitness chain with 6,000 locations in 75 countries.
