The job duties are to provide home-based intensive services to families with children or adolescents who suffer from severe emotional and behavioral issues, and are at risk of out-of-home placement. The clinical care manager collaborates with outpatient mental healthcare providers on diagnosis and treatment planning, and has on-call responsibilities. Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work
