Fibrek in Menominee is hiring for a maintenance manager, who will oversee the maintenance team at the company's plant in Menominee. Fibrek produces recycled pulp for paper. The job duties include managing the maintenance department, being responsible for maintenance planning, purchasing, buildings and grounds, mechanical maintenance and electrical personnel.
Qualifications:
-Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
-Five years minimum experience in pulp, paper or similar environment maintenance management
-Skilled in communicating, budgeting and coordinating with other departments and projects
-Managing planned shutdowns
