CCI Systems, based in Iron Mountain, has been busy making some moves in their sales line-up. The company announced the promotion of Kae McGuire to the director of sales position and the hiring of Ted Shroyer as senior account manager for network sales recently.
As director of sales, McGuire's responsibilities will include development and implementation of the corporate and departmental marketing plans. She will be researching and analyzing the market to estimate customer pricing and gain competitive information. McGuire will play a key role in advertising, sales support and lead generation.
"Kae has been a valuable resource to CCI Systems," says Joe Smith, vice president of marketing and business development for CCI. "I am looking forward to the impact she will have on our sales team and our customer experience. She brings a proven track record of over 20 years of sales and marketing experience to CCI Systems."
McGuire has been with CCI since September of 2009 as the fulfillment services manager.
McGuire graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Majoring in Marketing, she received a dual minor in Decision Sciences and Merchandising. She now resides in Kingsford, Michigan, with her husband and two children.
Shroyer will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing customer relationships and project oversight. He joins CCI with more than 25 years of experience in the cable television and video technologies industry that includes technical sales management, technical support management, video products repair management, systems engineering, field service technical support and repair of video products.
Shroyer has worked with Cisco and Scientific Atlantic for the majority of his career.
