After $39 million in renovations and additions, Snyder Hall on the campus of Michigan State University (MSU) is open for business.
The Christman Company of Lansing finished the project in December, after restoring community restrooms, making the space handicap accessible, adding new lighting and refurbishing the original plaster ceilings.
The project also included a new, three-story 84,000 square foot building to connect Snyder and Phillips Halls.
“You just have a great sense of pride, being able to contribute to that,” says Peter Kramer of the Christman Company.
The project involved the addition and renovation of more than 250,000 square feet.
