Thriving Real Estate Office Relocates to 1,000 Sq. Ft. Old Town Storefront

A thriving Coldwell Banker Hubbell Briarwood real estate branch recently relocated its Delta Township location to Old Town, Lansing.

Agents Brian Huggler and Martha Bashore say it was time to set roots down in the heart of Old Town. Huggler and Bashore plan on running a good, old-fashioned real estate office, one where people walking down the street drop by to check out listings.

“We’re bringing real estate back to Main Street,” Bashore says.

The move is the latest in a trend of area real estate offices popping up in Lansing neighborhoods. Briarwood Real Estate recently committed to moving into Downtown’s nearly complete Stadium District.

Agents at both locations say downtown real estate is doing fairly well.

“There still are a lot of people buying houses,” Bashore says. “We’ve been really busy.”

The new 1,000 square foot location at 208 E. Grand River is owned by Huggler.
