Specialty vehicle and equipment parts supplier Redmer Industries has signed a lease on 7,900 square feet of industrial space in Delta Township.
Redmer moved from Charlotte to Delta Township this spring. The new location, which is at the corner of S. Waverly and Lansing Roads, is more centrally located than the Charlotte location, giving Redmer more immediate access to its distribution network.
The company has the option to expand into an additional 49,000 square feet of space.
Alro Steel used to occupy the space, which was renovated to fit Redmer’s needs.
