$7.5 Million, Five-Story, Mixed-Use Project Reaches for East Lansing Skyline

Albert Place, the five-story, $7.7 million, mixed-use project that includes 36 luxury condos in downtown East Lansing, is well on the way to its planned August, 2008 completion date.

The 50,000-square foot Albert Place development includes two floors of parking ramps and three stories of condos. A green roof will add an environmentally friendly element to the development.

“The condominiums are being constructed with many features commonly avoided by other developers,” says project manager, Jon Laureto. “Features include a high amount of sound-reducing materials, 10-foot ceilings, granite islands, an all masonry exterior, and balconies and roof decks overlooking a green roof.”
