Former home-based design company Smart Homes has moved into a 6,220 square foot office space in Okemos.
The 4700 Ardmore address gives the company plenty of space to create integrated home systems, which have seen an uptick in demand during the last couple of years.
Smart Homes specializes in installing customized solutions for state-of-the-art audio and video systems, HVAC control, security systems, communication systems, advanced lighting control systems and home theater systems.
Smart Homes moved into the facility at the beginning of the year. It’s located near the corner of Hamilton Drive and Okemos Road in Okemos.
