$3.6 Million Renovation in the Works for MSU School of Planning and Design

MSU's School of Planning, Design, and Construction (SPDC) is planning a $3.6 million renovation that would bring all four SPDC programs under one roof.

The SPDC currently operates out of three different buildings. Bringing the schools under one roof will allow them to share services and resources.

The renovations will expand the Human Ecology Building to include 25,000 square feet of renovated office suites, teaching labs and studio space. This will create enough space for the Interior Design and Landscape Architecture programs to also share the area.

Construction started in February and should be completed by September 2009.
