The 5,000 square foot West Village townhomes in East Lansing are finished and ready for use.
Each of the seven 1,400 to 2,000 square foot units are three levels,
and have a two-car garage on the ground floor. The town homes on Grand
River Avenue are part of Jerome Abood’s $18 million West Village
project.
The townhomes are the first part of a three-phase project that will include a mixed use development and condos. All of the new properties are within walking distance to Michigan State University (MSU) and are in the heart of East Lansing’s downtown area.
Developers also relocated the historic Lansing Board of Water and Light substation to the site.
