Apple recently recognized the Eastside’s Capitol Macintosh store for being one of the top service providers in the country, ranking among the top five percent of stores nationally.
Apple has more than 2,500 service providers in North America. Capitol Macintosh achieved service provider performance of 165 percent, and as a result, climbed to the top five percent in the company’s food chain.
“Caring about our customers and making sure we understand how important computers are to our customers is important, because without them, you can’t do a lot of things,” says Capitol Macintosh's president, David Smith.
Capitol Macintosh’s outstanding customer service is paying off. Smith expects the store’s service and product sales to double this year.
“We’re honored to receive this award of distinction based on our performance record,” Smith says.
This is the first time that Apple has recognized service providers for their performance record.
