Two former Sparrow Hospital marketing and community relations employees opened their own communications, marketing, advocacy and event planning firm in Old Town Lansing at the beginning of November and are preparing to triple their staff.
Edge Partnerships co-founders Lorri Rishar Jandron and Angela Artibee Witwer opened their new firm in the Old Town location after searching for spaces in Downtown Lansing and Old Town.
Jandron says the warmth of the Old Town community is what finally drove them to their 117 E. Grand River Avenue office.
“There’s just a great feeling down here,” she says.
Jandron and Witwer specialize in healthcare advocacy, and have already nabbed more than a dozen clients. Jandron expects their employee base to triple in six months.
“Lansing is such a close knit community that in our second week in business another PR firm referred a client to us,” Jandron says.
