The Rock Star Factory™ specializes in matching job seekers’ skills, ability, experience and interests with businesses based on their needs and direction.
The Rock Star Factory evaluates candidates to make sure businesses hire employees who can not only do the work the company needs, but would also enjoy doing the work. They also consult companies to help assess what the position needs are, and who would be the best person to bring into the business.
