Holland-based IT management and network support firm, Worksighted, recently opened a location in Downtown Lansing.
Worksighted expanded to its new 1012 N. Walnut address in June to meet a growing demand for IT management.
“Based
on some contacts we had and people we know in the area, it sounded like
underserved market for what we do,” says Barry Rice, with Worksighted.
“We had few good leads and decided put in a location.”
Worksighted
serves small to mid-sized businesses and has 11 employees. One
full-time employee works at the Lansing branch, but Rice says that
could change based on client growth.
“So far it’s been a good move for us and we’ve been gaining some good momentum and making some good contacts,” Rice says.
Worksighted also has a small presence in Detroit.
“We’ve
always taken a regional approach,” Rice says. “From one office we can
serve a 100 to 200 mile radius pretty easily. Right now we’re just
trying to get our name out and established here.”
