$116 Million City Center II Project Gets Green Light in East Lansing

The City of East Lansing finally got the green light on its $116 million downtown City Center II project from the City Council.

According to excerpts from the article:

[The project] calls for the redevelopment of the northwest quadrant of Grand River Avenue and Abbot Road in the East Lansing business district.

Lansing-based Strathmore Development Co. is handling the development of the site.

The planning includes a 10-story mixed use building with 80 residential units; a 400-seat performing arts center; a boutique hotel called "Hotel Indigo;" professional office space; a five-story mixed use building with residential and retail; and 12 upscale town home condominiums.
