Most of the nuts and bolts of the Stadium
District
development in Downtown Lansing will be in place within the next 30
days. The downtown, mixed-use development has been in planning and
construction phases for nearly three
years.
According to excerpts from the article:

amenities.
Pat Gillespie, Developer: "The counter tops, the
carpet is all going to happen; in the next 30 days, [the] majority of the project will
be done."
The building is taking shape in the heart of Downtown
Lansing.
When it's all finished it will have about 50 condos and
apartments and office and retail space.
Pat Gillespie: "This seems to be a unique project
that really doesn't seem to be offered anywhere else in the region, so if
they're looking for a urban flat or condo this is where they're at."
Pat Gillespie is the developer of the project. He says

Pat Gillespie: "Every week the web hits go up, we
get more phone calls, and now that we actually have some units to show, it's
absolutely exciting."
