Spartan Toyota recently donated five electric vehicles to Michigan universities so they can save money and gas while protecting the environment.

Spartan Toyota, 5701 S. Pennsylvania Ave., donated five electric vehicles Wednesday to Michigan State University, Lansing Community College, Wayne State University and Eastern Michigan University.
