A team of developers has taken over operations of the city's former South Grand parking ramp ahead of plans to build an adjacent condominium high-rise on downtown Lansing's riverfront.
The Grand Avenue ramp opened Wednesday under new ownership as developers prepare to finalize designs for the Capitol Club Tower condominium building. Work on the site is expected to start this year, with construction to be finished in early 2010.
