Healthcare firm IHA considers new construction at Domino's Farms Office Park

The Domino's Farms Office Park may be getting a new 42,000-square-foot addition to its complex.

Integrated Health Associates (IHA), an Ann Arbor-based non-profit physician network headquartered at Domino's Farms, has entered into preliminary talks with Ann Arbor Township representatives regarding construction of a new building.

IHA Director of Marketing Amy Middleton confirms the talks, saying in an email, "We are still evaluating options and locations to create new medical centers and are reviewing the feasibility of such initiatives. At the center of any expansion discussion is how we can continue to best meet the needs of the communities we serve."

IHA has 32 locations, with 156 doctors and 37 nurse practitioners servicing over 260,000 patients.

John Petz, director of real estate and public affairs at Domino's Farms, declined to comment. Further details will be available later this spring, Middleton says.
