I work as a communications associate for a family-owned ecotourism company that's been around for over 35 years. I handle social media and communications, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, our blog, press releases, and creating promotional videos. The video production aspect of my job is definitely my favorite thing to do because I'm able to be as creative as I'd like. On any given day, I might be editing footage of a lion consuming a zebra or a Tibetan monk walking along a mountain path. I love that my job forces me to be aware of the greater world and all the spectacular things that are in it.
