American Real Estate & Leasing Group in Bay City has added a new employee, Janice Schrader, to its sales staff.
The agency, located at 1002 Marquette in Bay City, serves Bay region clients in all phases of commercial real estate, including leasing, sale, auctions and properties like boat slips, docks and condominiums.
Schrader will be handling many aspects of the group's commercial and residential real estate business, including property management, but her main focus will be the sale and leasing of boat slips at Wheeler Landing. Schrader also serves on the Board of Directors for Wheeler Landing.
Her background in business comes from working in the service department of a large auto dealer, and operating Sunnsational Tanning and Embroidery in Caro.
Schrader and her husband Robert split time between Caro and Bay City, and have seven children.
American Real Estate and Leasing Group now has 13 employees, dealing in real estate sales, development, investment, Renaissance and brownfield zones, financing and other services.
