TBF Graphics merges with F.P. Horak Company

Two mid-Michigan print businesses are merging, according to an announcement from The F.P. Horak Company in Bay City.

F.P. Horak is merging with TBF Graphics of Saginaw, giving both companies a wider reach across the area and expanding the printing and marketing services available to each businesses' clients.

"TBF Graphics has a longstanding business relationship with The F.P. Horak Company, with more than 20 years of corporate synergies existing between the two print service providers. Together, we will continue to diversify to meet the challenges of today's market while remaining at the forefront of the print and marketing industries," says F.P. Horak president Tim Dust.

The merger will be finalized on September 1, and the two businesses will centralize their operations, moving the TBF Graphics operations to the F.P. Horak facilities in Bay City.

F.P. Horak will continue to offer full-service print and marketing solutions to clients ranging from local small businesses to Fortune 500 companies across the Midwest. While the TBF name will no longer exist, the staff and services will remain intact, and even improve, says TBF president Scott Turner.

"TBF Graphics is happy to become part of a larger organization, with access to more resources and technologies. This merger allows us to move forward in the ever-changing print industry and invest in cutting-edge technology," Turner says.
