AGP & Associates knows that in order to continue offering their top-quality services to the Midland area, they have to continue to hire experienced, top-quality employees.
That's why the business, which was founded in 1992 and specializes in full-service marketing, recently hired Heather Smith as an account executive and public relations specialist. Her role is to help develop strategies and implement public relations activities on behalf of AGP and its client.
Smith formerly was with Central Michigan University, where she worked as a member of the public relations department. Her education includes a bachelor's in integrative public relations and advertising and she is on the cusp of earning a Master of Science in Administration. Both degrees are from Central Michigan University.
"Because she is an experienced communications professional who can think and implement creatively in a fast-paced and challenging environment, Heather will be an important asset to our clients and to our organization," says AGP & Associates CEO Dan Attenberger.
Smith also previously worked at Weber Shandwick as an associate and also as a PR director for Special Olympics Michigan. She is trained in strategic marketing communications, media relations, feature writing, video/audio production, website development and social media.
