Whenever you're looking for a good builder when getting ready to construct your home, it's always a safe bet to check out the local building association.
In Bay County, that group is the
Bay County Home Builders Association. They've made everyone's job a little easier in finding one of the best builders in the area when they named Nathan Smith as the 2010 Builder of the Year recently.
"The Bay County Home Builders Association is extremely appreciative for all the time and effort Nathan has given throughout the year," says Kelly Duhaime, executive officer of the Bay County Home Builders Association.
Nathan Smith is of Nathan Smith Builders LLC. He is the most recent recipient of the award, which is an award annually given by the association. They choose one of their members who has dedicated valuable time, leadership, overall support to the home builders association and the industry in general.
Smith has been a member with the Bay County Home Builders Association since 2005 and is currently a member of 2005, which is the same year he started his business.
