Braun Kendrick hires two, promotes one

The law firm of Braun Kendrick in mid-Michigan has added two new attorneys and a partner
 
Clayton Johnson will now be a member and partner of Braun Kendrick. Johnson is a Clare native and is active in the community, including on the boards of the SVSU Alumni Association and the Clare County Fair. He practices business and corporate law, along with estate planning.
 
Glynis Talley and Paul McHugh both were hired on at Braun Kendrick in January. Talley is a Saginaw native and will be an associate attorney at the firm. She is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law and did her undergraduate degree at Saginaw Valley State University.
 
McHugh comes to the firm with three years of law experience, having focused so far on workers' compensation cases. He earned his degree at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Auburn Hills and his undergraduate degree is from Oakland University.
 
Braun Kendrick has 30 attorneys on staff and offers counsel in a variety of types of cases including business, municipal, immigration, real estate, bankruptcy, estate planning and many other areas. Its offices are located in Saginaw, Midland and Mount Pleasant.
