McMahan, Thomson and Associates in Midland has a new staff accountant, Nathan Jacobs.
Jacobs will be working in the accounting firm's professional services department. His duties will include accounting, audits and taxes, and client service support.
He graduated from Calvin College in 2013 and has degrees in accounting and political science. He also is pursuing CPA certification.
Jacobs, a Holland native, previously worked as a property manager.
