Jayme Hardin is no stranger to making sure everyone gets fed and that the job gets done right--which is exactly why the
Midland Resort and Convention Center recently hired her as the new food and beverage director.
Hardin, who has spent the last three years working for Spectrum health as a nutrition supervisor, was recently named to the position. Her experience in feeding large amounts of guests has a proven track record, as she ran all of the catering events for Spectrum health Hospital group across the Grand Rapids area. Prior to that, she was the area manager of catering for Cedar Point, where she was responsible for catered events for groups up to 6,500 guests.
"Because one of Jayme's passions is to create special experiences for others, she excels in offering the fine attention to detail and abundant creativity that once in a life time events deserve," the Midland Resort says in a prepared statement. "With the philosophy of making everyone feel like a celebrity on their special day, Jayme strives to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of her guests."
